A Little Knight

A Little Knight that I have been working on and got the opportunity to photograph whilst on the Isle of Skye. Made entirely out of Polymer Clay, no paint, first time I've done that for a full sculpt, I think it worked rather well!

Islay Downey and Kim Furnish commissioned several illustrations for their book Parenting a Violent Child, available now in all good bookshops. Here are the final illustrations.

Spider

I think I should say that I have this particular piece of sculpture lurking semi hidden on a side board and I know a couple of people who are terrified of spiders, forgetting this I didn't inform them of my new piece and when they caught sight of it they thought it was real! I treasure their squeals to this day!
